Grand Theft Auto 1

The game that started it all. Grand Theft Auto was made by a duo from Scotland and England. The unique take of taking a mobster who could carjack and run over citizens and bad guys.

The game is developed in 2 Dimensional. The view of the game is from above. You have a little Atari running like little guy who can shoot an arsenal of weapons and car jack anything wanted.

Your character is in a gang. You want to get money doing jobs and whacking people. You even get money for blowing up cars. The object to the game is get as much as money and leave a wake of destruction.

The sequel to the game Grand Theft Auto 2 or Grand Theft Auto II has the same game engine and allowed the character to work for two gangs.

Grand Theft Auto is available for the Playstation and PC.

A third version Grand Theft Auto 3 or Grand Theft Auto III is available in 3D and can be played on the PC, Playstation 2, and Xbox.
